Frequently asked questions

Can I run more than one store?

Yes. Each store is priced on its own, every additional store is discounted, and the store screen shows the cost before a store is added.

Who processes card payments?

Your own card processor. Card fees go to the processor, not to Venditory.

Is Command included?

Yes. The point of sale writes to the same records as the online store and any reps, and Command shows all of them.

Does Store work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. Store runs in any phone or tablet browser and installs as an app from Safari or Chrome, with no app store; the Mobile app box below has the steps.
